Abraaj Travels grew out of a simple frustration — too many pilgrims were left guessing about hotels, transport and visas. We set out to fix that, one journey at a time.
How We Began
From a family booking desk to a full Umrah operation
Abraaj Travels started in 2018 when our founder, tired of unreliable agents, began arranging Umrah trips for relatives and neighbors himself — sourcing hotels close to Haram, tracking visa paperwork, and staying reachable at every hour of the trip.
Word spread quickly. Within a few years, that same care scaled into a dedicated agency with accredited hotel and transport partners in Makkah, Madinah and beyond, while keeping the same promise: no traveller of ours walks into the unknown.

Typical processing is 5–7 business days once we receive your passport scan and photo. We recommend submitting documents at least three weeks before departure, especially close to Ramadan.

Yes — every package can be booked land-only, covering hotels, transfers and Ziyarah, if you prefer to arrange your own flights or are flying from a different city than the rest of your group.
A passport valid for at least six months, two recent passport-style photos on a white background, and completed visa forms. Minors travelling without both parents need additional consent documentation.
